1. Do you take items on consignment?
No. We no longer offer consignment. We purchase items outright with either a 40% cash buyout or 60% store credit option.
2. How can I sell my items to you?
DM us on Instagram with photos of your item(s). We will mark the items we can take. Once you drop them off, we will finalize pricing and provide your available payout options.
3. When will I receive payment or store credit?
Payments and store credit are issued right away once your item has been authenticated.
4. How do you authenticate items?
All items are authenticated in-house to ensure that every piece sold at Boketto is genuine.
5. Do you accept all designer brands?
Our shop is curated. We focus on designers and pieces that align with our current curation, including brands like Prada, Margiela, Rick Owens, Balenciaga, Miu Miu, and similar labels.
6. What condition do you accept?
Most items we carry are brand new or gently used. We only accept items that meet our condition standards.
7. How is store credit issued?
Store credit is issued as a fixed amount. It never expires, and you can also use it alongside another form of payment at checkout. Please note that designer bags and new arrivals are excluded from store credit.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide, and all shipments are tracked through DHL, Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
9. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We encourage customers to review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
